We want you to love your Brett Mondie merch—whether you’re wearing it to a show, sipping coffee from it, or spinning it on your record player. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

📦 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

🔁 Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for the same item (subject to availability).

  • Email us with your order number and what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll get you sorted.

📀 Final Sale Items

  • Vinyl records, CDs, digital downloads, and custom items (like signed merch) are final sale unless damaged in transit.

  • If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
